She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Lucille Fairchild Riley and Harmon C. Riley; and her husband Edward L. Harbour. She is survived by: her children, Regina Millirons (Jimmy), David Fry, Jamey Thompson (Anne Marie) and Richard Kemp (Kelly). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
