He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Lamar and Mary Middlebrooks. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lamar (Getzie), KaShara Lamar-Pearman (Jerhvon) and Catresa Wynn; and his siblings, James Copeland (Latonya), Yvonne Edwards (Charles), Jacqueline Walker and Dorothy Jeffries. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a host of relatives.
