With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernetta Frazier Cabarrus of Columbus, Georgia, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 14, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace M. Frazier and Carrie Mae Clark Frazier; her husband James Allen Cabarrus, Sr.; and her daughter Amanda Christine. She is survived by: her siblings, James Edward Frazier (Kim) and Sireader Sharp; her children, James Allen Cabarrus, Jr. (Jennifer), Tiffany W. Thurman (Ezechial), Rebecca Jean-Baptiste (Lyns) and Rachel Morrison (Marshall); her grandchildren, James Cabarrus III, Josiah Cabarrus, Leanna Morrison, Alicia Thurman and Jacob Jean-Baptiste; her son Timothy Frazier; and her close friend Ulander Gibson. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, including a devoted nephew.
