She was predeceased by: her parents, Max H. Alston and Irene Vera Alston; her husband Kenneth Keith Foreman; her son Chris Foreman; and her grandson Brian M. Tucker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Lynn Foreman and Rachel Tucker (Jerry); her grandchildren, Sherry Jackson (Rusty), Anthony Bryans (Karen), Chris Tucker, Jonathan Whitten Bryans, Brian Foreman, Tim Foreman, Jennifer Thrower (David) and Angela Tucker; her great grandchildren, Michael P. Jackson, Hannah Jackson, Caden Bryans, Ethan Bryans, Brightwell Bryans, Beckett Bryans, Aiden Foreman Lytle, Kaley Foreman and Harper Foreman; and her great great grandchildren, Cayson Jackson and Kingston Tucker Giordano. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
