Betty Jo Parmer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2025, at the age of 78, Betty Jo Parmer of Columbus, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Miller and Maudie Inez Holmes Wood; and her son Kevin Parmer. She is survived by: her sons, Levin Parmer (Kathy) of Lapine and Devin Parmer of Sebring, Florida; her sister Virginia Wood Griffin (Thomas Jatko) of Lapine, Alabama; her grandchildren, Haleigh Parmer Russo (Ryan), Hollie Parmer Idec, Brayden Parmer, Kimberly Parmer and Laura Brown; her great grandchildren, Ridge Russo, Rawlins Russo, Pressley Idec, Jakob Idec and Delaneigh Ann Gorby; and her niece Jennifer Griffin.

In lieu of the flowers the family asks memorial contributions to be made to Magnolia Manor- 2010 Warm Springs Road Columbus, Georgia 31904.
