She is survived by: her children, Alan Sapp and Michelle Fouts; her brother Mark Tharp (Janice); her siblings-in-law, Bennie Sapp and Jean Mills (Hubert); and her nephew David Mills. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
