He is survived by: his parents, Fred Page (Wanda) of Summerfield, FL and Marian Tomberlin Fetzek (John) of Stone Mountain, GA; his wife Shelley Lauren Page of Columbus, GA; his sons, Jack Page of Columbus, GA and Brock Page of Columbus, GA; and his sister Michelle Blanchard (David) of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
