He is survived by: his brother Glenn Kohlhase (Paulette); his children, Jason Kohlhase (Tabatha), Brianna Kohlhase and Alicia Mathis; his grandchildren, Justin Kohlhase, Tyler Kohlhase, Tianna Lebron, Brooke Phillips and Savanah Mathis; and his great grandchild Emerson Sidebottom.
