She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cain Baxley and Annie Dominey Baxley; her husband Donald Ray Wilbourn; and her daughter Cecellia Ann Lyon. She is survived by: her children, Kim LeBel of Newark, DE, Kent Mathis (Melissa) of Cordova, TN and Kay Daniels of Cataula, GA; and her grandchildren, Lorie Everson, Lisa Clements, David Clements, Dawn Piotrowski (Scott), Michele Woolman, Kelly Gorney (Richard), Andrew Mathis, Stephen Mathis, Matthew Daniels and Jessica Daniels. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
