It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Yvonne Castellow of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Everette Cook, Sr. and Betty Jean Cooper Cook; and her sister Brandi Cook Fredette. She is survived by: her children, Robert Castellow (Amber) of Opelika, AL and Summer Head (Jeremy) of Smith Station, AL; her brothers, Jack E. Cook, Jr. of Columbus, GA and Jeffrey Cook (Deana) of Columbus, GA; and her grandchildren, Carter Castellow, Lincoln Castellow and Ansley Grace Head of Smith Station, AL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
