He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Powell. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Byrd Hanner; his children, Wanda Chappell (Terry) and Mark Hanner (Misty); and his grandchildren, Alec Chappell, Zack Chappell, Kayla Hanner and Abby Hanner.
