He is survived by: his mother Lonza Phillips (Belinda); his son Cedric Phillips, Jr.; his grandmother Mary-Louise Ross; and his brothers, Kelada Solomon, LaDale Phillips (Jacinda) and Sidney Phillips. He is also survived by four nieces, three nephews, aunts and cousins.
