He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Dickson and Maude Banks Dickson; and his wife Helen Wyrick Dickson. He is survived by: his children, Gary Dickson (Martha) of Maryville, TN, Donnie Dickson (Julie) of Columbus, GA and Cheryl Favant (Kevin) of Phenix City, AL; his grandchildren, Michele Baldwin (George) of Seymour, TN, Kimberly Hall (David) of Newport, TN, Rebecca DeLoach (Jon) of Columbus, GA, Patrick Dickson (Brittany) of Knoxville, TN, Andrew Favant (Suzanna) of Atlanta, GA and Emily Nicholson (Josh); his great grandchildren, Kaley Crawford, Justin Crawford, Jacob Spencer, Lindsey Dickson, Alec Dickson, Indie Nicholson and Billie Nicholson; his great great grandchildren, Ava and Wyatt Weeks; and his sister-in-law Janice Thorton Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
