He is survived by: his wife Valorie Adams Harbour; his children, Lisa Sams (Daniel) of Louisville and Jim Harbour (Scarlet) of Columbus; his sisters, Sandra Smith (Ken) and Barbara Thomason (John Wayne); his grandchildren, Jackson Sams, Ramsey Harbour (Savannah) and Charles Austin Sams; his great grandchild Jack Harbour; and the mother of his children Kathleen Williams (John).
