He is survived by: his wife Frances Trippe Raines of Columbus, Georgia; his children, Kathy Hale of Columbus and Scott Raines of Fort Lauderdale, Fla; his grandchildren, Trippe Hale (Adella) of Las Vegas, NV and Carson Hale (Amber) of Auburn, Ala.; and his great grandchildren, Mila Hale of Las Vegas, NV and Parker Hale of Auburn, Ala.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Wynnbrook Baptist Church.
