He is survived by: his wife Judith Carpenter Roberts (Judy) of Columbus, GA; his children, Charles Fredrick Roberts (Fred) of Columbus, GA and April Roberts Zimmermann; his son-in-law George Robert Zimmermann (Rob) of Fair Play, SC.; his grandson William Roberts Zimmermann (Will) of Athens, GA.; his great grandchild Wynn Roberts Turner of Hamilton, GA.; his sisters-in-law, Tina Roberts of Durham, NC, Patsy Jenkins of Columbus, GA and Cheryl Searcy of Monticello, FL.; his nieces and nephews, Betsy Thompson of Martinez, GA, Kamaron Garmon (Brad Garmon), Kim Holman (Dale Holman), Robert Blackburn (Victoria), Billy Roberts of Candler, NC, Stoney Thompson (Lisa Thompson) of Southport, FL, Jason Thompson (Missie Thompson) of Hazel, KY and Kevin Taylor; his grandchildren, Will and Carson; and his caregivers, Amber Shaft and Melissa Hargett. He is also survived by Uncle.
