She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Maurice Chastain, Sr. and Edna Dorothy May Chastain. She is survived by: her husband Gary Richard "Rick" Wade of Columbus, Georgia; her children, Madeline Blair Wade (Daniel) of Midland and Richard Chastain "Chase" Wade of Columbus, Georgia; her siblings, Jesse Maurice Chastain, Jr. (Janis) of Duluth and Marcia Humphreys (Jim) of Euharlee; and her grandchildren, Henry Wade Miller, Jonah Daniel Miller and Cohen Reed Miller. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
