He was predeceased by: his wife Sallie Shivers Booth. He is survived by: his children, Paul Booth (Michelle) and Tammy Hollis (Jason); his grandchildren, Cole Booth and Laynie Hollis; and his brother Bobby Booth (Rebecca). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
