He is survived by: his close friends, Dexter, Kelvin, Keldrick and Levester; his children, David Wiggins, Jr. of Phenix City, AL, Daniel Wiggins of Phenix City, AL and Latosha Cooper (James) of High Springs, FL; his siblings, Walter James Foster of Cataula, GA, Charlie Wiggins, Sr. (Lonie) of Columbus, Connie Wiggins and Deborah Ann Clark (Larry); the mother of his children Elizabeth Johnson Wiggins of Columbus; his aunts, Mattie K. Brooks of Lawton, OK, Mary L. Foster of Columbus and Susie T. Foster of Cusseta, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Chamont Foster (Sarah) of Sa Antonio, TX, Charlie Wiggins, Jr. of Columbus, Todell Foster of Huntsville, AL and Shekinah Wiggins of Columbus.
