She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elgin Slaughter and Helen Holmes Slaughter; and her sister Sandra Johnson. She is survived by: her brother-in-law George Johnson of Americus; her nephew Ryan Johnson of Thomaston, GA; and her great-nephew Wilkes Johnson.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Harris County Humane Society 3938 Barnes Mill Road Hamilton, GA 31811.
