It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Griffin of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Griffin and Mary Frances Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Romona Hicks Griffin; his daughters, Kelei Sabatino (Jason) and Reagan Sauls (Trey); his grandchildren, Alexander, Aubrey Sabatino and Griffin Sauls; his brothers, Glenn Griffin (Vicky) and David Griffin (Elizabeth); his nieces, Lindsey Woods and Keri Robbins; his nephew Nick Griffin; his goddaughters, Claire Dunlap (Josh) and Jill Hester (John Dale); and his mother-in-law Jeanette Hicks.

In lieu of flowers, in honor of his two beloved dogs Ed and Truman, donations may be sent to Paws Humane Society, 4900 Milgen Rd. Columbus, GA 31907, or Columbus Hospice 7020 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. 31909.
