He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Allen and Hazel Payne Allen; his siblings, Norma Hicks, Norma Ingle, Mark Allen and Jeff Allen; and his niece Christina Pless.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Pless, Mary Whitbeck, Janie Lynn and Albert Allen; his niece Anna Pless; and his sisters-in-law, Debra Allen and Bobbie Allen.
