She was predeceased by: her husband Richmond Paul "Joe" Harrell; her parents, Joe F. Barker and Elwyn Barker; her stepmother Sara Barker; and her siblings, Gary A. Barker, Cecil Redmond, Jimmy Redmond and Robbie Delavello.

She is survived by: her sister Joanne Carter (Aubrey); her daughters, Laura LeComte (Bart) and Cathy Lowery (Tim); her grandchildren, Lacey Robertson, Alyssa Kinsman, Carolan Reid (Daven) and Timothy G. Lowery (Kristian); and her great grandchildren, Levi Robertson, Zayn Robertson, Alyssa Reid, Dixie Reid and Baileigh Clayton of Timothy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
