He is survived by: his children, Adrian Buckner, Felicia Robinson (Jacobi) and Brittney Buckner; his brothers, Stanley Porter (Ann), Schuyler Porter (Gloria) and Claude Parris; his stepmother Geraldine Parris; his stepdaughter J'iara Jackson; and his grandchildren, Myaira of Daniel, JR, Jacobi, Jr. and Aurora.
