He was predeceased by: his father John Hardesty. He is survived by: his sons, Duane Hardesty Jr. of Muncie, IN, David Hardesty (Christy) of Muncie, IN and Jimmy Hardesty (Kelly) of Midland, GA; his siblings, William "Bill" Hardesty of Winchester, IN, Sharon Gamester of Tucson, AZ and Barbra Alexander of Ansonia Ohio; his grandchildren, Brittany Lynn Hardesty, Lindsey Marie Hardesty and Debra Joe Campbell; and his great grandchild Sylas Campbell.
