With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Gordon Bagley Jr. of Columbus, Georgia, born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on January 13, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gordon Bagley Sr. and Louise Harris Bagley; and his sister Nancy Evetts Behr. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kidd Bagley; his daughter Anna Bagley Brooks (Lane Brooks); his grandchildren, Lanier Love Brooks and Sarah Reed Brooks; and his brother Harris Lee Bagley (Fran).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Kidd-Bagley fund at Columbus State University that supports golf and travel abroad program, Columbus State University Foundation, 4225 University Avenue, Columbus, GA 31907 or to Paws Humane Society, 4900 Milgen Road, Columbus, GA 31907.
