He is survived by: his siblings, Grace Crisp (Mel Davis), Helen Parks, Margaret Rathbone and James "Jimmy" Parks; his daughters, Arbie Parks Webb (Donnie) and Janah Parks; his sister-in-law Mary Ball; and his nieces and nephews, Laura Payne (Mark), Cindy Parks, Wendy Brown (Jerry), Chris Price Mathew (Jessica) and Jamie Parks. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and family.
