She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie White and Sally Webster White; her husband Chester Bruce; and her siblings, Mattie Brooks, Lucille White, Bessie White, Josephine White, Charles White, Elbert White and John White.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Bruce Giles (Arnold) and Anthony Milo Bruce; and her granddaughter Olivia Bruce. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
