He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence A. Agee and Margie Cheatham Agee; his wife Winifred Lee "Winnie" Agee; his sons, Ed (Peggy), Phillip (Shannon) and Jeff (Heather); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Earl, Kristin, Matthew, Tilden and Charlotte.
