He is survived by: his daughter Gwendolyn Menafee (Marvin) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, Warrant Officer Marvin Menafee (Dannielle) of Fort Belvoir, VA and Shardae; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Malani Menafee, London Johnson, Aarille and Aaron Lane; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria B. Woods Hines, Hazel Woods and Willie G. Woods of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives snd friends.
