Karastury Sr.; his wife Paige Lassiter Karastury; his daughters, Mindy Karastury and Nicole Karastury (Drew); his stepson Hunter Adams (MJ); his grandchildren, Paisley Elliott, Jaxxon Thorne, Atlas Thorne, Lakin Harris and Paxton Harris; his brother Jon C. Karastury (Jamie); his mother-in-law Linda Lassiter; and his friend Kathy Flynn. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
