He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McCray Sr. and Ola Radney McCray; his wife Ruby Jackson McCray; and his siblings, Deloris Swan and Robert McCray Sr..
He is survived by: his son Brian McCray (Lisa); his siblings, Raiford McCray, Corene Averett and Ardella Atkinson; his grandsons, Aiden McCray and Colin McCray; and his niece Cheryl Johnson. He is also survived by nephews, extended family members to include the nurses.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sconiers Funeral Home (836 5th Ave, Columbus, GA 31901).
