It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Francis LaMora of Columbus, Georgia, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sanford LaMora and Katherine Philips LaMora. He is survived by: his children, Emily Gray (Thomas) of McKeesport, PA, Pattie Bembenick (Joe) of Castle Hayne, NC, Kenny LaMora (Julie) of Oroville, CA, Gary LaMora (Vickie) of Macclesfield, NC and Tammy Sechler (Michael) of Buckley; his brother Terrence Patrick Lamora (Chung Ja) of Eugene; and his close friend Janet Robertson of Cataula.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the wounded warriors program.
