He is survived by: his daughter Tami Mathis (David Mathis) of Columbus Georgia; his grandchildren, Danah Greenlee (Kinesha), Brandon Carver and Katie Theoret of Columbus Georgia; his great grandchild Khale Crowningshield of West Chazy; and his siblings, Lou Lynn of Indianapolis Indiana and Janet Jones of Bluffton, Indiana..
