He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Pop" Wayne Ketchum. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Keiser Ketchum; his siblings, Linda Shepherd, Frank Ketchum (Valorie), Sheri Williams and Diana Ketchum; and his siblings' children, Jeremy Ketchum, Jessica Hutson (Eric), Justin Shepherd (Brandy), Rachel Shepherd, Sarah Manucy (Scott), Emily Jaynes (Bryan) and Corey Harmon (Maci).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Glenn's honor. Glenn's passion after his diagnosis was to support the Parkinson's Foundation in hopes of finding improved drugs and treatments as well as a cure for Parkinson's.
