He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Graham Anthony Penn and Glenn William Anthony; his siblings, Miriam Williams, Martha Denker, Emily Mullis and Perry Anthony; and his sister-in-law Carol Hendrix.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sister Joy Anthony Morrow; his brother-in-law Dennis Hendrix of Columbus, Georgia; his nephew Miles Hendrix (Anna) of St. Marys, Georgia; and his niece Barclay Vallotton (Will) of Sandy Springs, Georgia. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake City, Florida (697 SW Baya Dr, Lake City, FL 32025).
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to The Foundation of Florida, Gateway College, 149 SE College Place, Lake City, Florida 32025, or another charity of your choosing, in memory of Graham.
