She is survived by: her son Dennis Short (Candace); her siblings, Douglas Fairs (Nadine), Edward Fears, Ida Bizzelle, Vera Bond, Eddie Adams and JoAnn Fairs; and her grandchildren, Madison Short and Maverick Short.
