Johnson and Brandilyn Dockens Johnson; his close friend Sam; his grandparents, Ann and Earl Dockens; his brothers, Landon Johnson and Jason Johnson; his sister-in-law Brittany May Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Hunter May and Hampton; his sister Lindsay Johnson Pilcher; his pet Sam; Will Pilcher and Wilson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
