He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Vincent and Viola Vincent. He is survived by: his children, James Tarver, Rickey Tarver (Theresa), Hubert Tarver, Charlotte Vincent, Shirley Tarver and Gwen Hill; and his brother Bobby L. Vincent (Geraldine). He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren and twenty plus great-great grandchildren.
