With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Louise Elster Pharis of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on May 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles Joshua; her husband Allen; and her grandson Luke Rauscher. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Pharis (Joy) of Lake Park, GA, Donna Pharis of Atlanta, GA, Patty Haile (Homer Allan) of Friona, TX and Dee Dee Rauscher (Paul) of Milton, NC. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-two great- grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
