He is survived by: his children, Blair Phillips, Bethany Walton and Bryson Harper; his grandchildren, Skyleigh Phillips, Slaidon Phillips, Brock Mayhand, Reagan Harper and Evie Lott; his siblings, Julian Harper of Roy Harper, H. C and Carol Schaaf; and his uncle Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
