He is survived by: his wife Kum Joon Lowell; his sons, Robert "Bobby" Lowell (Esther), Lawrence "Larry" Lowell (Nise) and Michael Lowell (Katie); his friend Brenda Lowell; his grandchildren, Brett Lowell (Katie), Bryce Lowell (Brittany), Lauren Lowell (Dan), Sweeney, Whitney Sikes (John), Cameron Lowell, Haley Lowell, Olivia Lowell, Brandy Lowell and Christian Marcelleta; and his great grandchildren, Emma Lowell, Avery Sikes, Conner Sikes, Cole Sikes and Lyra Lowell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McMullen Funeral Home (3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
