He is survived by: his brother Jim Johnson (Bonnie); his children, Amy Jordan (Marty), Gayla Greene (Dennis), Sandy McNeal and Josh Hopkins (Melodi); his grandchildren, Abby Barbaree (John), Kathryn Munnings (Jeremy), Chad McNeal (Jenna) and Sam Hopkins; and his great grandchild Andi Barbaree. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
