He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Ruby Lucille Evans. He is survived by: his wife Lillian McMullen; his daughters, Lynn Park (Tim) of Mansfield, GA, Robin Merkel (Jim) of Parkton, NC and Jill Dodelin (Richard) of Fortson, GA.; his grandchildren, Jessica, Seth, Claire Park, Lauren, Isaac, Zachary Merkel, Hannah Gillis and Will Dodelin; his sister Barbara Pawelski; and his sister-in-law Pat Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
