He was predeceased by: his father Jessie Clark. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dale Clark; his daughters, Shalana Collins and Deana Cook (Jeff Cook); and his granddaughters, Pricilla Bradley, Connie Bradley and Savana Cook.
