He is survived by: his wife Bernice Lewis; his children, Tonja Ford (Anthony) of Ft. Mitchell, AL, Jamie Lewis of Columbus, GA, Stephanie Lewis of Phenix City, AL and Christopher Lewis (Tiffany) of Columbus, GA; his brother Moses Lewis of Phenix City, AL; and his brother-in-law DeWayne Dawson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law.
Viewing was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John AME Church (3980 Steam Mill Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
