He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Matthew Waite and Juanita Jean Brown Helscher; and his brothers, Robert Patrick Waite, Jerome Alexander Waite and William Timothy Waite.
He is survived by: his wife Rosana Oliquino Binalla Waite; his daughters, Beverly "Michelle" Hillebrand (Marc) and Mary "Chelsey" Goodsell; and his siblings, Nina Jean Waite Carver, Richard Terrence Waite and Keven Daniel Waite. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary (4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
