She was predeceased by: her father William Alexander Ford, Sr.; her husband Robert L. Meadows, Jr.; and her brothers, James Ford and Peter Jackson "Jack" Ford. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ann Meadows; her grandson Dustin Robert Tucker; and her siblings, William "Bill" Ford, Patrick, Pat, Mary Ford Agraz (Rodolfo), Estelle Ford-Williamson (Richard), Clara Ford, Catherine "Katie" Sprouse (Joel) and Monica "Mona" Ford.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Columbus Hospice House at 7020 Moon Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
