It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Michael Wommack of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph T. Wommack and Dale McQuaig Wommack; his son Michael "Hunter" Wommack (Elizabeth) of Columbus, GA; his brother Dr. Chris Wommack (Kelli) of Midland, GA; his nephew Ryan Wommack of Columbus, GA; and his niece Bekah W. Higgins (Riley) of Columbus, GA.
