She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Parker and Louise Parker; her sisters, Ruth Mae Delfrate, Gladys Stoe and Earline Higdon; her son Curtis O'Neal Higdon; and her granddaughter Lisa Higdon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
